Online Refund Policy

California Sunshine Shops understands that the online customer does not have the luxury of trying on their purchases. Therefore, If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase, return it and we will refund your money or exchange it, whichever you prefer.

Returns and exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be made for an exchange or a credit to your account. Merchandise being returned must have the original sales receipt and all tags must be attached to the garment(s). The garment(s) must be in saleable condition. To return your merchandise, rewrap it securely, include the sales receipt, indicate your reason for the return on the returns instruction sheet that came with your order, and return it prepaid by insured parcel post or UPS within 14 days of receipt. Online purchases may not be returned to any of the retail locations.

ANYTHING THAT IS A "SALE" ITEM ON THE WEBSITE IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
