Online Refund Policy
California Sunshine Shops understands that the online customer does not have the luxury of trying on their purchases. Therefore, If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line purchase, return it and we will refund your money or exchange it, whichever you prefer.
- Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from shipping from our store. Merchandise being returned must have the original sales receipt and all tags must be attached to the garment(s). The garment(s) must be in saleable condition. To return your merchandise, rewrap it securely, include the sales receipt, indicate your reason for the return on the returns instruction sheet that came with your order, and return it prepaid by insured parcel post or UPS within 14 days of receipt. Online purchases may not be returned to any of the retail locations.
- If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact California Sunshine within 5 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
- If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton.
- We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes Etc. or Postal Annex.

How to return or exchange an item:
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return.
- We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as UPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
ANYTHING THAT IS A "SALE" ITEM ON THE WEBSITE IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE, AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
